How we use it

To deliver the service, respond to support requests, and improve coverage. We do not sell personal data.

Who processes it

Lifecycle Innovations Limited is responsible for your data. Lifecycle Innovations Limited (Carrier, Hong Kong, CR No. 76545088) runs the shop and issues your eSIM on its behalf. Stripe handles payments, Resend sends emails, Vercel and Cloudflare host the shop and its systems, Sentry records errors, and our network partners receive the eSIM identifiers needed to connect you. Some of these providers process data outside your country under standard safeguards. We keep order data for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
